The room is small, cosy and bright, with own entrance and private bathroom. It is located in FREDERSDORF, close to Berlin.It has no kitchen,but a coffee machine, boiler and fridge. A parking spot is availbe.The house is close to train station S Fredersdorf (1,5 km - 5 min. by bus, details below).The train S5 goes directly to Berlin City center (30-40 min). Free Netflix account

Wer eine Unterkunft für Unternehmungen in die Hauptstadt Berlin oder in eine wunderschöne, landschaftliche Umgebung sucht, ist hier sehr gut untergebracht.Die Straßenbahn nach Berlin ist etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt, von dort mit der S-Bahn bis in die City nochmal etwa 45 min, mit dem Auto ist man in 30 min im Stadtzentrum.

Mitten im Wald und nur zehn Gehminuten vom Müggelsee entfernt, bietet unser Haus die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub im Grünen oder für Tagesausflüge in die Stadt. Auf 30m² finden bis zu vier Personen ausreichend Platz und mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem eigenen Bad und Kaminofen, sollten keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Viva momentos inolvidables en este alojamiento tranquilo y familiar. La moderna casa y la soleada terraza invitan a quedarse. La piscina junto al lago es un sueño para los niños. Los supermercados están a poca distancia. Aparcamientos, bicicletas y una canoa están disponibles. Desde aquí es fácil explorar los alrededores o hacer excursiones a Berlín, Potsdam y la campiña circundante. En invierno podrá relajarse en la ducha de vapor. Su amigo de cuatro patas también puede acompañarle.
