Brand new house with 2 bedrooms, semi-rural, good sized living and kitchen area. Small front lawn, very private, fully fenced and separate driveway to main house. Netflix & Freeview available. Pull out sofa if extra bed required (max of 2 extra guests) . Coffee, Tea, Milk, washing powder all provided. Additional parking available for up to 4 extra vehicles/trailers 8 km to Mystery Creek Event Centre, 6 km to Hamilton Airport, 5km to Waikato Hospital and 5 km Tieke Gold Course.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path!
