You will be close to everything at our centrally-located site in the heart of Cornwall. After a nice day on the beach at Polzeath or Rock surrounded by surfers and Sloanes, Ruthern Valley is somewhere you can escape to hidden among the green canopy of Cornwalls interior. Close to Bodmin Moor, our secluded, beguiling little site is humming with wildlife, budding ornithologists can look out for the woodpecker a-pecking and the owls a-hooting. Right on The Camel Cycle Trail. Latest check in 8.00pm

Situated on the Bodmin & Wenford steam railway, come and stay in this modern self-contained apartment with plenty of indoor/outdoor space for a quick getaway or a quality family holiday. Close to Bodmin Moor, Bodmin jail, Cardinham, Lanhydrock and 20 minutes from each coast. Less than 5 minutes from the A30. Locals bus routes to most of Cornwall and a short distance to Bodmin Parkway train station. Plenty of parking Short walk into Bodmin town with plenty of local pubs and restaurants.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

You can go on a steam train ride from Boscarne Junction and the renowned Camel Valley vineyard is with walking distance.

Asterisk Cottage is a newly renovated 2 bedroomed top flat, situated in the heart of Cornwall, in the grounds of a family home. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a serving hatch that looks through to the light and spacious living area, which comprises a dining room table and chairs and a seating area with a smart tv. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed to retire to. There is ample parking and being on the old A30 there is easy access to both North and South coasts.

This is the perfect location to explore and enjoy everything that Cornwall has to offer. A blissful, rural retreat the Cabin is a wonderful place to come and get away from it all.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Maypall Cottage is a stylish, characterful cottage tucked away in the pretty village of St Tudy. Very close to some of North Cornwall's best beaches including Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath. A perfect place to stay to enjoy a day on the beach, walks on Bodmin Moor and the Camel Trail or to visit the nearby towns of Padstow, Port Isaac or Wadebridge with their award winning restaurants from Chefs including Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth and Nathan Outlaw.

We can provide a breakfast /hamper/cream tea at a small extra cost.
