We were in town for my daughter's graduation and this was the perfect spot for our family of 4 while visiting her. Susan was friendly, very responsive and the unit was immaculate. A nice space with lots of natural light, even while it was grey and rainy outside. We'll be back.

Great spot for solo traveler or traveling duo! Convenient to lots of walkable spots. Easy parking. This place really isn’t for the tall of stature, but that’s spelled out fairly clearly in the listing. Very cozy!

This place was the perfect home base for my family during our trip to Portland! We felt right at home, and Haley & Diane were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved exploring Evergreen Cemetery right across the street, and it’s a quick 8 minute drive to downtown. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

This place was immaculate. Squeaky clean. Super comfortable. Everything we needed. It was easy to find, Kate was so kind and the space felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back. The beach is very close, and it’s a very peaceful setting.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

It was so nice, quiet, private and much more. The wooded view from the balcony with the nice breeze was nice. Everything was clean and is a nice place if you’re in and out of the town or just visiting in general. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Lovely, super clean, beautifully decorated home. Everything you need (except a toaster). Huge yard was totally enjoyed by my doggie. 2 Gun shots nearby were shocking, guess it's hunting season in the woods (at least this city girl hopes that is reason). Only issues were dripping shower head, no stopper to take bath in deep soaker tub, and could not turn down heat for sleeping. Overall great 1st airbnb experience for me.

We had a great time! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog, and a great location just 15 minutes to the downtown area!

The house was clean upon arriving. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. Beds were comfortable. It was a lovely home!

Enorme casa en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional y con un enorme patio que no pudimos disfrutar por falta de tiempo y porque el clima aún no lo permitió, pero la propiedad es fantástica, muy bien equipada, impecablemente limpia, situada convenientemente en un suburbio residencial a aproximadamente 30 minutos de Boston. This beautiful home is all you could ask for in a peaceful getaway. Every room was immaculate. Warm and inviting, it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. Lauren's proactive communication put us at ease before we even arrived. Detailed entry instructions (with pictures!) made sure this was a stress-free process every step of the way. Every room was spotless and cozy. The pictures capture the rooms accurately, but they could d never show the hundreds of thoughtful touches that make this feel like home away from home. We loved the layout and only wish we had more time there. Whether watching a movie by the fireplace or eating dinner in the dinning room, this place was perfection. We spent a day in Concord and days in Boston and this location is ideally situated to explore both. If we're ever back in the area, we would love to go back. From the moment we booked this property the host was communicating and super helpful! She gave us recommendations and also when we told her we were going to Salem she sent us the T station schedule and told us what line we needed to get on! The house was absolutely breathtaking! So comfortable and we felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. So thankful we found this place and can’t wait to stay again!

My family and I had a great stay at Shawn’s place. The house was clean, newly updated, and fit our needs just fine. There was a mostly fenced in yard in the back which was great for the dog and we enjoyed on a nice afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised how close it was to everything. It was 5 mins to the train station and about a 30 minute train ride to north station. Aside from Boston, we found all sorts of things to do in the nearby surroundings including arcades, plenty of restaurants and the zoo. The nearby park, lake, and playground were a big hit with the kids. We would recommend to anyone looking to be accessible to Boston but also have a suburban experience and access to everything MA has to offer. We look forward to coming back!

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

We had the most wonderful time at Pat's place! The cottage is everything you could hope for for a cozy weekend getaway spot - comforting wood smell, slanted ceiling, skylights, and a lofted bed. The place was impeccably clean with beautiful appliances. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in! Thank you for having us and we would definitely come back!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

What a wonderful place in a lovely neighborhood. The condo exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful in person. We had a comfortable, happy stay with our small children. Scratch Bakery and an ice cream parlor are right across the street! And the book collection was great. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Gloucester was beyond amazing! A trip we have put off since Covid began but back in June we decided to make it happen! Sarah’s condo was beyond our expectations. Beautifully set up,homey, comfortable and right in the middle of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. We are from Annapolis, Maryland and I grew up on our bay crabbing … Gloucester reminds me of home. Everyone we met were so friendly, helpful and made sure we were comfortable. I’m a runner of 40 miles a week so my morning runs were filled with so much beauty from colorful leaves, to a sunrise I’ve never seen! Sailing is my thing so being surrounded by water, boats and of course the smell of fish … we knew our trip was extra special! We stayed specifically on Halloween for Salem fun and Salem did not disappoint! Helpful… a bar directly across the street from her air bnb! We hiked to the lighthouse early morning for exercise and its view did not disappoint either! Five star visit!
