We spent 3 nights in the apartment and loved everything about it. The place was spotlessly clean and extremely warm and comfortable. The wet room was fantastic and the bed was lovely and comfortable. It was a lovely surprise to find milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter, jam, marmalade and orange juice waitung for us on arrival. Very thoughtful. clear and detailed instructions were left for us and we really enjoyed our stay. can't wait to return.

Sophie is a great host, friendly and welcoming, and very responsive to any queries. The information book she provided in the flat was very helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay here. The flat was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, in a beautiful quiet setting. The patio was a lovely sun trap in the evenings for a drink with stunning views! The local village shop was well stocked with both essentials and a deli counter, and the butcher had a lovely bakery as well as a selection of homemade meals and the best steak we’ve ever had! We ate out one night at the local pub and had a really good meal. There also seems to be a really good bus service that runs regularly through the day if you needed it, but from here you are within easy reach of places to visit like Robin Hood’s bay, Whitby, the coast and the beautiful North York moors. We can highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Well what can I say... Pauline and Graham were wonderful host from the day we got there till the day we left, the annex was perfect with all the extra Pauline leaves (bread, eggs, milk, jam, flowers ect.. ) the list goes on and on. Now too the woodland which Graham has got it to a T with its little walkways and seating here and there and it's was sooo peaceful, our dogs Teddy and Bertie (Shih Tzu) loved it and so did we. I must say a lot of B&B call themselves 5 STAR but this is definitely 5*, thankyou it was just what the doctor ordered ( well if he remembers to order it 😂). See you soon Angela Peter Teddy & Bertie. Highly recommend this listing and the host Lucy! The location is perfect for exploring. Lucy provided thoughtful touches like drinks, milk, toast and bread which made us feel right at home.

Jasper is a wonderful host with a beautiful place! We could not have asked for more or been more comfortable at this location. You can tell that he puts his heart and soul into this place. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the local area. Thank you Jasper, you were fantastic!

Fantastic Venue for couples!! Accommodation is immaculate throughout with a real luxury feel, amazing gardens surround it and make it lovely and private. Topped off with a hot tub overlooking beautiful scenery (great for evenings with a glass of vino) and a separate bar to top it all off! Couldn’t recommend enough. Had a great stay.

We had a wonderful couple of nights in Linda’s Airbnb. It was spotlessly clean and had lots of lovely touches - toiletries in the bathroom were a plus! Thank you for the milk and drink provisions too - was great to be able to make a cuppa as soon as we arrived! Bed was very comfy and lovely bedlinen too! Would highly recommend fish n chips from The Scrap Box just down on the main road!

We had a really nice day and it was set in a beautiful location, we felt right at home. We hope to visit again one day!

We had a wonderful stay at Howee Inn. It’s small but perfectly formed and had everything we needed for one night. Pamela was really friendly and provided clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. We were left bread, milk, eggs and butter which was a lovely touch that we enjoyed for breakfast. The local area is lovely too, and we would recommend the local pub for dinner.

Really great stay and a fantastic host

My son stayed ar Joanne's apartment for a week while visiting a friend in Leeds. This being my son's first time traveling on his own, Joanne's was amazing with helping him settle in. She went above and beyond on multiple occasions, even hunting down a mis-delivered package sent to a wrong address! Gracious, hospitable, responsive, and caring. Everything you'd want in an Air BNB host! Thanks, Joanne!

This is a lovely studio flat, equipped with everything a visitor could reasonably want. Peter and Gill's friendly and helpful manner made them outstanding hosts. My wife and I can recommend the flat without reservation! Tony & Jennie Linnett

We had a wonderful stay over Easter weekend, Amanda was an excellent host and very good at communicating. The lodge was clean and tidy with everything we needed inside. The treats for us (& the dogs) were an added bonus. We will definitely be staying again and recommending to family. 😊

Lovely annex just the job for the two of us on our walking weekend in Scarborough. Anne was a smashing host who was cheerful and helpful with us on arrival and throughout our stay. I would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely little place to stay for a weekend. It has a spacious living area, a good size bathroom and all the amenities listed on the advert. There are nice walks nearby and some local pubs that serve good food. Bridget was easily contactable throughout the stay. It's a very good find! Definitely worth a visit. The kitchen area is quite small and it's not easy to cook a meal with many parts (there is a microwave and a stove-top oven but the nature of the stove-top is that you can use the hobs or the oven section but not both at the same time, so we had to cook in stages and it took a long time. That said - for a short weekend with the local food venders, it wouldn't be an issue). For a small kitchen it has everything you need (crockery, cutlery, salt and pepper, oil, etc).

I had a great stay in Leeds. The property was a comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was also close to a bus stop which provided a quick route into the centre of town.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back. Such a delightful place, well positioned and fully accessible for a blind person with carer. Such lovely touches made us really feel at home here, even decorated for Christmas. Being able to watch the donkeys in the field outside each morning was really relaxing, and so nice to be close to nature like that with such amazing views. John and Pauline were lovely and so helpful, it made our stay really comfortable. You have really thought of everything. Thank you so much

Had a lovely stay- very peaceful, comfortable, well equipped and beautiful private place to stay. Fantastic location within walking distance of the lovely town and easy short drive to beautiful countryside. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay, nice and clean with a good location for being very close to where I work, overall no complaints lovely area with all the facilities close by.

Linda has thought of everything to make a short stay in the area very comfortable. Great to have private outside space too. A friendly, responsive host.
