This is a very beautiful rain-forest experience for those who need flat wheelchair suitable access. Its a very easy 20 minute walk amongst magnificent original rain-forest vegetation. The smallest of the kangaroo species can be observed quiet closely playing in the forest and bird life is abundant.
Definitely worth stopping by for a taste of Hinterland Rain Forest experience. One of my favorites for a quick stop and a recharge with mother nature.

Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve

Great place for a walk in the forest and a swim under the waterfalls. Easy access takes about 20 minutes to walk to the waterfall itself. Best viewed following a rainy period when the waterfall itself is crashing and thundering. Take your swimmers and be reinvigorated with the mountain negative irons, you cant help but feel more alive after the experience. Take a picnic lunch and take advantage of the park facilities.

Set amongst lush rainforest Gardiners Falls a delightful spot to stop and enjoy the scenery and take time out.

Obi Lane SouthOne of the better kept secrets known only to the locals. This is the towns original swimming hole where the locals would gather to chat and socialise on the hot summer days. Sightseeing
One of the most spectacular views available along the Blackall Ranges which overlooks the Glass House Mountains. Simply not to be missed and only takes a few minutes to capture the sense of awe which accompanies this outlook. Go for a walk in the Mary Cairncross reserve whilst you are here as well.
