They have a "rug room" and "pillow room", a variety of bedding and sheepskin rugs, rocks and minerals, along with a unique variety of gifts mixed among their furniture.

Forty Six is a bistro-style, farm-to-table restaurant in Keene, New York, next door to Dartbrook Lodge and Dartbrook Rustic Goods, featuring local, sustainably sourced, ingredients. They offer a limited breakfast, lunch and dinner menu as well as a Sunday Brunch menu that changes seasonally. Among the offerings are some vegan and/or vegaterian dishes. The cheese burger, smoked brisket, and Mac & Cheese with Bacon and Peas (A must try!) are among the favorites. The Steak Frites on the dinner menu is also a favorite!
