Historic....Cupids is a town of 743 people. It is the oldest continuously settled official British colony in Canada. Cupids is believed to be the site of the first child born of European parents in the country. The town was established by Englishman John Guy in 1610.

The Kyle sailed the coast of Newfoundland and Labrador for many years delivering supplies and also transported Infantry Men during WWII.... until Mother Nature had different plans by grounding her in 1967 where she sits today. If you look closely, you will see the family of bald eagles who live in the crows nest !
