Just 3-4 minutes walk from our flat there is a great Pizzeria, perfect for a quick lunch/dinner or take out. They also deliver to our flat in 30 minutes. The pizza is excellent.

Rustic, traditional dishes of the area. Including trippa, rabbit, wild boar etc..Good selection of wine also. It's located in the main street, touristy area but the food is delicious.

Walking around Volterra
It's easy to walk around Volterra, you can go anywhere in town in a few minutes walk. The main roads are just few but it more picturesque stroll around the alleys.
From our flat you can take the back roads and see the most majestic views just around the corner.

Parking suggesions
Paid parking is available round the corner if driving - we recommend using the Easy Park app to pay as that’s so much easier to use than the ticket machine and you can top up easily from your phone.
Via Franco Porretti has also another paid parking and across the street under the trees parking is free all day, every day.
There is a tunnel from the Franco Porretti parking tohat takes you inside the wall at our flat in 2 minutes walk.
