They're mean, but in a good way. Whereas, elsewhere in New Orleans, the signs read "Be Nice Or Leave," the sign at Stein's says "Be Nice AND Leave".

One of my favorite things about New Orleans is there is no open container laws so I often stop in just to get a frozen margarita to go. There is nothing I enjoy more on a hot/humid day.

You couldn't ask for better service at a restaurant, including the fun in-house three member band playing New Orleans tunes to dine to, truly a unique experience.

Close enough to Magazine St to be accessible, But not ON Magazine Street, so not pretentious. This place is a nice, light, affordable, clean establishment.

AMAZING. Seriously. The flavors were on point, and no, you don't need to add anything to that Pho broth as it is already well seasoned and delicious. Not a lot more can be added - it was so delicious

These guys are delicious, but best reserved for a date night/afternoon because of pricing. You absolutely get what you pay for, and the waiters are always very friendly.

The Saint is the weirdest dive bar in New Orleans. Yeah, I said that, but with total sincerity. Other places are weirder. Other places are divier. No place is as weirdly divey.

Everything Else

The collection packs in a lot of variety and cultural richness. I enjoyed the local focus of the art, and I also appreciated the attention given to artists outside the "traditional" art world.
