This is the closest big supermarket (Countdown) and we love to eat cheap dumplings and noodles at the MANY Asian restaurants. You can still get dumplings at 4am! There are also second hand shops, dentists, a post office, hardware store and much more.

The bus stop to go downtown in one minute walk from the apartment, on the corner of Mt Eden rd and Lovelock Av. Just turn left out of the building and you will see it.
