Tom and I have eaten in Bacchus many times and always recommend for their menu, the 400 craft beers and an awesome pool hall! We highly recommend! Try the Nasty Nachos!! ;)

Early French Huguenot settlers began New Paltz's fascinating history ... there's a great museum devoted to the famous street! We are only 1-1/2 blocks away and suggest you not miss it and no need for a car!

Parks & Nature

Its Beautiful! Lots of animals like deer and red fox. Squirrels are very friendly and will often take food from your hand.. take sunflower seeds and unsalted peanuts with you.. they probably shouldn't have a bologna sandwich. ;)

My Fav Pizza Joint

Hey... New Paltz is a college town so there is NO shortage of everyone's favorite food! Pizza! We have sampled all of the pizza in NP and find "Flames" the best to date... their crust is yeasty and not overly salted so it's absolutely delish! Their Chicken Parm has several thumbs up with the locals!
