From Inistioge you can soak in the beautiful views of the Nore Valley and have a great lunch one of the pubs or cafes in the town, and then hitch or walk back to Kilkenny. Of course, if you schedule yourself well, you can catch on of the two buses that connects Inistioge with Kilkenny (check out www.kilbridecoaches.com).
