Food Scene
#1 the food is really good and its a healthier choice. Its all sustainably sourced, no GMO's, all sauces etc. are made in house from scratch by a real chef, nothing is fried hence the name Love BAKED Wings ;-), they have 'carrot fries' and yummy vegan and GF options too.
#2 the location is amazing, its on the corner of Melrose and Fuller and Melrose shopping and people watching are LEGENDARY!

this place is so sexy and kind of a hidden gem and the best part, its walking distance from the apt.! if you go on the right nights there can be live music or a burlesque show.

Parks & Nature
Griffith Observatory is a really lovely place for a hike, picnic, family outing, or a visit to the Observatory at the top of the hill. You'll be in the midst of nature here. Sometimes you'll see deer or coyotes in the brush if you hike the trails. The trails are for people of varying fitness levels to enjoy and its less 'trendy' and 'Hollywood' than popular Runyon Canyon.
