I recommend a restaurant SOVA
“Sova” is the Slovenian word for owl. Wine bar, restaurant is located in the quaint village of Mlino, Restaurant Sova is nestled by the shores of Lake Bled, just opposite the traditional “pletna” boat docks and the stop for the tourist train. With a breath-taking view of Bled Island, the lake itself and the surrounding hills and mountains, restaurant is only 15 minutes’ walk from our house and is located half way to the Bled town centre. Just enough to work up an appetite. They look forward to attending to your needs!
Very diverse menu, lots of different wines and very service on a very high level! If you are looking for some great food at affordable prices, this is a place to go. Food is very delicious and the portions are huge. They have amazing list of open wines to choose from and you will for sure not be disappointed!

1. The summer toboggan is great fun . You go up on a chair lift and go down the rail rather quickly - a must in Bled.
2. While you're there if you have a couple of hours and not afraid of heights, be sure to check out Pustolovski Adventure Park at the top of the hill.

The interior of the church is very beautiful and well-preserved. 100 stairs to the top, souvenir shop. Try ringing the bells 3 times on your own and make a wish!

A delightful walk along the gorge to the end. We then headed in a loop inland back to the beginning via woods and farmlands and then walked halfway back into the gorge again!
I recommended rent a electric bike for tour to the Vintgar Gorge (Soteska Vintgar).
