Visitors Guide to Toronto

Sightseeing

The parking in downtown Toronto is a big money eater. For weekend and week days after 5:30pm, i recommend you to park at 70 York Street, Toronto. It is only 7 dollar and only 10 minutes walk to CN tower and Ripley's aquarium. The tickets to CN tower has unfortunately went up tremendously in the recent years. The current price is either $38 or $53 (if you go to the skypod) per person. If you are traveling in a group of 4 or more, I suggest you to go for 360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower, order a regular lunch meal, and you don't have to pay the ticket for CN tower. Please call (416) 362-5411 to check the price of the meal, or go to https://www.cntower.ca/en-ca/360-restaurant/reservations-and-menus.html Dinner price for this restaurant is expensive, there is an alternative restaurant with similar views called Toulà Toronto. https://www.toularestaurant.com/ Last but not least, do NOT go to CN tower on a rainy day. You cannot see anything.

Toronto zoo is about 15 miles from where I live. There is no traffic, so I recommend you to go there during week days. Polar Bear and Panda are the stars there. Very affordable price and less crowded.

Rogers centre is a place to visit if you are a big baseball fan. On a sunny day, the sky dome will be open and it is a good photo shooting opportunity. Please take note that level 5 (the most affordable ticket) zone 524, 525, 523 are the best photo shooting zones. Baseball is not hot sports in Canada, so tickets are very affordable. It is way cheaper than watch a NY Yankees and LA Angels game. But parking is not very cheap, better park somewhere near Wellington Street instead of parking in the Rogers Centre.

Clubs

This is a parking friendly night club compared to the rest in Downtown Toronto. Buzzy, 45,000-sq.-ft. club with cocktails, multi-sensory entertainment, a 65-ft. stage & city views. It opens 10pm Saturday to 4am Sunday. The downside is that this one is located far from other clubs.

I like this one. It locates in the entertainment district. There are quite a few clubs near Cube. If you don't like it, you can go to another one. There also many restaurant nearby and this neighborhood is very safe. You can park your car on Soho Street for free from 9pm to midnight. After mid-night, you have to finger crossed for not receiving a ticket.

This is more of a dancing orientated club located in safe neighborhood. This club is close to my place about 10 miles drive, you don't need to get onto the highway. Parking is free on site (please verify yourself). On the flip side, it is much smaller than those in downtown Toronto.
