This is just a good 5min walk south of Persimmon towards access road to Ayala Center Cebu. We love this place because of the Taho (a Philippine snack food made of fresh soft/silken tofu, arnibal (sweetener and flavoring), and sago pearl (similar to tapioca pearls). They also have other Tofu / Vegan options available in store.
