For something a bit special. Basque food a la brasa, amazing steak, sea food and food you wont find anywhere else. Great wine, cava and beer on tap. If you dont speak English ask for Fran.

This is the better of the two Tapa Cañas (the other at the top of the rambla). Here they bring the tapas out on blocks and you just take what you want and pay per block, empty glass. Simple fun!

This is fantastic local market with a great sushi place down stairs and lots of other little gems. Sat afternoon is "Tardeo". everyone stands in the sun behind the Mercado drinking beer. great atmosphere!! Mix with the locals!
