Goose Creek Beach is just a short 2 minute drive (7 minute bike ride) away (0.9 miles) from the house. It is beautiful, not usually too crowded, and a great place to hang for a few hours, or the day! Watch the boats going by, the sail camp activities just down the way, or go for a swim in the protected area.

Catapano Dairy & Goat Farm is a great place to visit to bring the kids to see the goats, or to attend "goat yoga." Just up the road with a cute little shop- their fresh goat cheese is AMAZING and a great addition to any cheese board- enjoy with the local wine!

The hottest spot in town (haha seriously it gets BUSY!) we recommend calling ahead to order lots of delicious seafood trays (trays of shucked local oysters, clams. shrimp cocktail, etc) as the prices are most reasonable this way, and it's a fun to enjoy on the back deck, with the view of the pool, away from the crowds ;).

An asian fusion restaurant in Mattituck with good sushi (our favorites are the salmon boy and the star roll), yummy curries, and OK Chinese (you can't have it all! lol). They deliver- great for takeout!

We order takeout from here once per week. We always get the shrimp enchiladas with green sauce and extra guac with their homemade chips- they're SO good. Their other food is good too! Great for a Mexican takeout night and right in town- easy to pick up.
