Try out the local bread. It is called Poa. Very dense but delicious when fresh.
Fresh fish is caught almost on a daily basis and can be bought from the local fishermen.
Prawns, crayfish and clams can also be bought fresh.
The real speciality of our locals is the way they cook/ braai their chicken. KFC ain't got nothing on this.
