Running in Asheville
I am a big runner so here are some good options for runs:
- Flat, paved greenway along the French Broad River great for runners wanting a flat smooth road run. The greenway starts at White Duck Taco Shop on Riverside Drive and continues to Hominy Creek Park about 5 miles away. You can hop onto this greenway at New Belgium Brewery located ~.5 mile from studio.
- For a more scenic and interesting road run, check out the winding mountain streets of North Asheville near the Grove Park Inn.

Day Hikes Nearby
There are a ton of amazing hiking options nearby. Here are a few spots were checking out:
- Craggy Gardens - Park here and hike the Mountains to Sea trail heading towards Mt. Mitchell. Great for extensive views.
- Black Balsam Knob Area - Park up here and hike about 1/2 mile up to the exposed balds for breathtaking beauty.
