The best sabich in the world is located in Givaatyim, about 30 min walk from the apartment.
Sabich is Eggplants, boiled eggs, tahini, parsley, and sauces.
You'll probably have to wait in line for a few minutes, as it's very famous.
Everything is fresh due to demand and if you hadn't tried Sabich, A traditional Jewish Iraqi food before, I highly recommend it.

Babette is an intimate and a cosy place that offers the best Waffle in Israel.
Nilly the owner is doing everything in the place and it always feels very personal.
A bite in this Waffle and you'll be sent to the streets of Geneva.
A true hidden gem of Tel Aviv and a must in my opinion.

Nilly the owner is doing everything in the place and it always feels very personal.
A bite in this Waffle and you'll be sent to the streets of Geneva.

The easiest and fastest way to buy groceries near the apartment is Tiv Ta'am. it's just near the apartment and most importantly open every day until 11 pm, Fridays and Saturdays included.
The only con would be that it's a bit more expensive, but it's worth it if you want to buy just a few items.
The supermarket chain offers a dizzying selection of top-quality fresh and pre-packaged ingredients, from the standard fare familiar to the local Israeli consumers to exotic imports from around the world. The stores also offer non-kosher products and the Tiv Taam brand name goes hand in hand with non-kosher delicacies.

When walking to the tel-aviv's west side use Yehudit bridge
The bridge was designed to connect the Bitzaron site in the eastern side of Tel Aviv-Yafo with Yehudit Boulevard in the center of the city on the western side, crossing the Ayalon River via a bridge that passes over the Ayalon Highway, Israel Railway tracks and the Ayalon River channel.
