The Crystal Ballroom occupies a large, renovated space within the former Glossop Conservative Club building. Originally built in 1909, The Ballroom’s stunning Edwardian architecture creates a spectacular and versatile space perfect for live music and events.
We are Glossop's largest performance venue and host a wide range of events every week - live music from every genre, comedy shows, DJ nights and more. Our 200 capacity venue is equipped with PA system, stage, lighting and everything you need to hold a fantastic music or performance event.

☀️With our stunning riverside seating there's no better place to be on a bright, sunny day. For cooler days we have warm, cosy, vintage interior rooms.
☕We serve a huge variety of finest loose leaf tea, green teas and herbal infusions. Our carefully sourced coffee blends are roasted in small batches and freshly ground to give a delicious cup every time.
🍰Our cakes and scones are all freshly home baked.
🥗We serve a brunch and lunch meals including our much loved cheese tart plates and loaded tasting bowls. All our dishes are freshly prepared and plated to order for maximum taste and most of our savoury meals come with a variety of our own unique salads and sides.
