Park AvenueGreat cycling track. Cycle from Adamstown to Belmont South - 17km of sealed cycleway snaking through greenery, disused train tunnel through to the wetland area in Belmont South. Hilly in parts but a terrific ride. Take water and a snack. Cafe at Adamstown end, at Redhead Industrial area and shops close by at Belmont South. Toilets stop at Kahibah - hop off the track and head to the cake shop only a 2 minute ride off the track.
No shelter anywhere other than when you are inside the tunnel - tunnel has lighting.
