This is a wonderful very old school New Orleans place. Excellent food, and top notch service. During lunch on week days there are .25 martinis. They do a wonderful jazz brunch on the weekends. There is a dress code, and reservations are recommended.

Delicious family run Italian Resturant, in a lovely and intimate setting off Saint Charles. You can take the Saint Charles street car which is a great ride and stop to eat there. The Corn and Crab bisque is excellent.

We don't love eating in the French quarter in general. The upscale and pricy restaurants are great, but anything cheaper tends not to be very good. This Resturant is an exception, well priced, decent food. It has a great history to it (was originally meant for Napoleon), cute patio.

If you are in the French Quarter, great place to grab a muffuletta which they are famous for. Great prices, the muffulettas are huge.

Frenchman is a great option instead of bourbon for live music. Great music venues everywhere. The street vendors have great food if they are out, and we love stopping at 13 for a bite to eat as well.
