Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Saalach

Wir (Paar mit Hund) waren für 4 Nächte bei Manuel. Leider sind in diesem Zeitraum Pelletofen und Kühlschrank ausgefallen. Sowas kann passieren, da steckt man nicht drin. Wichtig ist nur, wie reagiert wird: Manuel war direkt erreichbar und ist extra für uns an zwei verschiedenen Tagen aus Rosenheim angereist um den Ofen zu reparieren und einen neuen Kühlschrank zu bringen (erst den Kühlschrank, dann Heizelement für den Ofen da Ersatzteil per Post kam) Wir sagen DANKE, solch einen tollen Host hatten wir lange nicht! Natürlich konnte er auch den besten Kaiserschmarn empfehlen :)

Wir waren zum Skifahren (Katschberg, Speiereck, Fanningberg) da. Die tägliche Anfahrt ist schon etwas länger als z.B. Maria Pfarr, dafür entschädigt u.a. das "eigene Haus". Wir haben es genossen abends den Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer einzuheizen und auf der Couch rumzuliegen. Die drei Schlafzimmer (OG) sind klasse, die Matratzen perfekt. Küche/Essen habe wir eigentlich nicht genutzt. Wir haben das Abendessen in drei örtlichen Gaststätten eingenommen (Jagawirt, Stiegenwirt, Guniwirt samt Mineralienmuseum/-verkauf). Auch hier wurden wir bestens bedient. Einzig das Badezimmer (OG) ist in die Jahre gekommen. Eine weiterer Toilettenraum ist vorhanden. Wir haben Petra und ihre Mutter, sowie Hund "Lucky" kennengelernt - allesamt liebenswert. Wir vier waren uns einig, ein angenehmer Aufenthalt bei Petra und ihrer Wohngegend.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

Ein sehr schönes Chalet in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und modern gehalten. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Große Empfehlung!

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

Charmant chalet de montagne tout en bois, bien équipé, Un peu isolé en hauteur dans la vallée de Stubach (voiture indispensable). Très belle vue sur le massif du Grossglockner. Accueil sympathique de Wolfgang, qui vient tous les matins sortir les vaches de l'étable attenante et les ramener le soir.

Wir waren zu fünft über Ostern im Chalet 37 und haben uns dort super wohl in der gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnküche gefühlt. Das schöne Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock konnten wir in der kurzen Zeit und bei schönstem Osterwetter gar nicht richtig würdigen. Dafür genossen wir den herrlichen Garten mit verschiedenen Bänken, Tischgruppen, Liegen und tollem Blick ins Gaflenztal. Das komplette Häuschen ist geschmackvoll mit liebevollen Details und Deko eingerichtet. Einfach ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Bei Ankunft hat uns der Hausherr auch gleich noch einen Raum im Nebengebäude zum Einsperren unserer Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Super nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!!

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

Ļoti tīrs dzīvoklis, klusā vietā, pastaigas attālumā no ezera un restorāniem. Mums,četriem pieaugušajiem un nelielam suņukam bija ļoti ērti. Ļoti jauks un atsaucīgs saimnieks. Ledusskapī mūs gaidīja kūka un suņukam kārumi. Paldies.

Odlicna lokacija, izjemno cisto, edina pomankljivost je da je stanovanje v kletnih prostorih, ampak ni motece in glede na ceno, odlicna ponudba.

Perfect place to switch off and relax. The room was amazing, we enjoed the sauna and the whirlpool. Would definitely recommend

Place is practically right at the foot of the lift to the ski resort but secluded enough with it own decking area which was great for after coming down from the mountain to sit with a cup of tea on the sunshine - beds were comfortable and we had a lovely stay

Five stars are not enough to describe this place. Everything is just perfect - the building, the apartment, and which is more important - the host family. It’s located literally 5 minutes away from a local ski resort - Alpbach, and around 35 minutes away from both Mayrhofen and Kitzbuhel. Zillerral is in 25 minutes. The apartment has anything you’ll need including an oven, a bath, and a really gorgeous fireplace (this is a thing. We’re from Sweden, and really know what we’re talking about). All cutlery and stuff is also there. It was an absolute stunning experience, we’ve spent 2 weeks there on Christmas holidays and couldn’t wish more for a perfect rest! Laundry room is fully equipped at your service. It is not clear with the photos, however you’ll get a huge walking wardrobe on the way from your bedroom to the bathroom. Another thing to mention is the antique furniture and lighting- this adds up to the ambience of this place!

Wir waren für eine Woche zum Skifahren bei Kathrin und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sogar noch geräumiger und großzügiger als sie auf den Fotos wirken mag. Skibus und auch der Lift waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders schön sind der nächtliche Ausblick auf Dorf und Burg und, dass neben normaler Heizung ein Holzofen genutzt werden kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, ansprechend und gut ausgestattet. Sie lag in fußläufig unmittelbarer Umgebung zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und hatte eine super Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Salzburger Land. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella chalet gli ultimi giorni di dicembre e i primi di gennaio Casa molto bella e pulita ottima posizione sia per la vista spettacolare che per la vicinanza alle piste Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche con un cagnolino di piccola taglia che ha girato nel grande giardino che circonda la casa Jacopo ragazzo disponibile e gentile Speriamo di tornarci presto

Ein großes, sauberes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit toller Terasse und Aussicht. Man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. Die Umgebung ist auch traumhaft. Und Martin, ein guter, sehr netter , hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, eingenehm und erholsam.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der tollen Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Zu Beginn haben wir eine Führung durchs Haus bekommen und danach konnten wir auch schon den ruhigen Garten und den schönen Ausblick von dem Terrassen-Balkon genießen. Highlight war die Möglichkeit, die traumhafte Grillhütte paar Fahrminuten entfernt zu nutzen. Meine Schwester war auch sehr glücklich über den Wellnessbereich im Keller vom Haus 👌🏻

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Super nette Vermieter. Kommen gerne wieder!!

La casa es muy bonita, todo está muy cuidado y muy cómodo, tiene unas vistas increíbles Anna estuvo muy pendiente y tiene una persona súper linda a cargo. lo único es que la llegada es muy difícil, no es apto para personas mayores o con alguna discapacidad hay que bajar en una rampa de grava y para salir subirla. Susana te ayuda con las malestas pero es un poco complicado

Hemos pasado una semana increíble en la casa con nuestra familia!! Super recomendable para disfrutar, relajarse y hacer un montón de actividades. La comunicación con Robin fue perfecta y estuvo muy atento con nosotros. Repetiremos sin duda!!!

Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.
