Очень просторная, красивая и функциональная квартира. Есть все необходимое и даже больше. Постельное белье, полотенца, удобные кровати, оборудования кухня, телевизор, интернет. Это лучшая квартира из тех, что я арендовала на сайте, большая, с тремя отдельными спальнями, двумя санузлами, стиральной машиной, теплая( есть отопление и кондиционер в каждой комнате). Рядом метро, пекарни, аптеки, обменный пункт, большой супермаркет! Обязательно сниму повторно!

Fantastic apartment! Everything is designed with great taste and has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Natalia was always available and responsive. And the view of the city is absolutely stunning!

Апартаменты - это лучшее , что я арендовала когда либо в своей жизни, вживую - лучше , чем на фото. В апартаментах есть все что необходимо, и даже больше. Не хотелось покидать эту квартиру. Вид из окон - изумительный, чистота и порядок - превосходны, все продумано до мельчайших мелочей. Инга (хозяйка апартаментов) - очень гостеприимная и отзывчатая, было очень приятно общаться с ней. Помогла нам не один раз. Теперь если в Тбилиси, то только к Инге

We were very pleased to stay in Elena's apartment. First of all, she helped us a lot in the check-in and check-out times. She allowed us even though it was early. The house is perfect for two separate families. You can reach everything. It was perfect in terms of cleaning. As for the location, it made our trip extra easy because it was within walking distance to Meidan Bazaar. Having a market on the lower floor of the building was an extra beauty. In general, it was an apartment that we were very pleased with. We thank Elena for her interest and help. We recommend this airbnb to everyone ☺️

Останавливался в апартаментах в Тбилиси — остался очень доволен! Просторные, чистые и уютные апартаменты, всё соответствует описанию. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: удобная кровать, кухня и быстрый Wi-Fi. Особенно порадовало расположение — в пешей доступности магазины, кафе и главные достопримечательности. Хозяин был на связи, всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Рекомендую!

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

Six of us stayed at Benito's property in April 25. The kitchen was very comfortable and a warm place for family and friends to gather around. The cutlery and utensils were very thoughtful. The property is very close to the main attractions and is at a walkable distance. The host also arranged for airport transfers and allowed early check-in. It was a memorable stay and one of the nicest properties that I have stayed in!!

It is a beautiful house located right in the middle of a huge vineyeard. The house is large and well equipped. Quite a bit of off-roading is required to reach the place, but then one gets 30 hectares to oneself.
