Do hope you’ll be fortunate to stay at Huyen’s remarkable villa in St Barth Huyen is such a kind and generous host and has created a remarkable villa for her guests that consists of three incredible attached areas on different levels—spacious bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom with attached sunroom facing the sea, pool deck with enclosed kitchen and seating and sunning areas, and the third level a sun deck that provides views of water on both the windward and leeward (harbor side) of the island. The comfort, peace, and beauty of the accommodations and setting exceeded our expectations. Huyen has tastefully decorated and thoughtfully stocked the villa with an abundance of items to welcome and assist her guests. Helpful items that are provided include a clothes washer and dryer and chairs and an umbrella and cooler for the beach. Huyen’s villa is a destination itself where you can enjoy your day and an ideal location from which you can explore St Barth Merci Huyen!

This apartment exceeded expectations. The photos really do not do it justice. The recent upgrades are beyond impressive and the location the best possible in Gustavia. Peter, the owner, is extremely responsive and helpful. This is now my new "home" in St Barths! Thank you, Peter!!

We had a great time at this house: 1) Location is great - walking distance to the beach, super market, bakery, stores and restaurants 2) All kitchen utensils you may need are available in the house: awesome if you enjoy cooking like us! 3) Very comfortable: great size, AC worked very well, linen is comfortable etc 4) Jacuzzi before bed is very relaxing 5) Details that matter: converters, power extension, books, games, etc are available for you to enjoy. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Very comfortable and well maintained place. Jean Charles - the concierge- was also great! Always fast responding to us. We can’t wait to be back.

We had the most magical stay at Janice’s beautiful home. She was incredibly accommodating with local recommendations and met us after a long day of travel to show us around her home. It was even more beautiful in person and perfect for our family of four. The house was spotless and everything was easy to find and easy to use. It was also a great location with a gorgeous sunrise over the ocean and a beautiful view of St. Barts. Her home was spacious and comfortable, incredibly clean, and it had all the amenities we could hope for. It’s close to the bakery and grocery store and several of our favorite beaches and restaurants. We had the best trip and hope to one day return!

Alan, who is from SBH (a local), went out of his way to accommodate our stay. The views are incredible and location ideal. The provided booklet had all the info we needed as first time visitors of the island. The 2BR and bathrooms are spacious and super clean. Small personal touches were included (like teacups for my toddler girls). The Ride (surfer) theme is true to Alan’s spirit. We felt very cozy here. The pool was clean as well. I would definitely come back and stay here. Me and my family loved our stay.

I want to especially thank Clement for all the help he provided starting from our waiting at the airport. I would like to say that this villa is the best price-quality option on the island🥰

The Villa Palmier, a french style cottage house, is perfectly located on the beautiful island of St. Barth. It is secluded and tucked away in the hills of Anse de Cayes with a great view down to the beach. The charming open style architecture with it's lovely artisan interior design together with a front side pool sourrounded by natural lush tropical plants is all you need to get you into that chilled caribbean vibe. Indeed Kate crafted a cosy home on this French island which brings the flair of the Rivera's Saint-Tropez to St. Barthélemy. Thank you so much Kate, for providing this oasis. We just loved it and would definitely return!

Villa Bamboo is a sweet, private retreat on the hill overlooking Grand Cul de Sac. The big king size bed was comfortable with nice bedding and the spacious bathroom and shower with “a view” was great. We made good use of the outdoor kitchen for a couple of evening meals and found it to be well appointed with all that we needed. Morning coffee outside was extra special with the view of the Grand Cul de Sac, watching the kite surfers and the view of St Martin in the distance. Villa Bamboo was so nice to come home to after a day out and about on the island. We had a dip in the pool, sat in the lounge chairs and watched the little birds come and go. He welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home right away. One highlight was the thoughtfully curated guest book, filled with insider tips and spot-on recommendations that made planning effortless. Michael also provided key reservation links and apps, making bookings a breeze. The villa itself is stunning—elegantly designed, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by a lush tropical garden that creates a serene oasis. The crystal-clear pool, framed by vibrant greenery, was the perfect spot to unwind. The location balances privacy and convenience, with easy access to the island’s best beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Housekeeping was excellent—thorough yet unobtrusive. This villa exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a magical St. Barts getaway, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!
