Michaels house was a total dream. Super functional. Had every perfect element. Couldn’t ask for a better villa in St Barts or experience Every detail was perfect: * Five star hotel woodwork * Plunge pool deep and wonderful with just a stunning presence the whole time here - like a stunning getaway high-end resort * Perfect sand-rinsing options * Beds were very comfortable * Incredibly large bathrooms: all the women in my group were super happy * Perfect sized closets * Grill setup was perfect and same with kitchen amenities * Seating and setup off the charts! * WiFi is great because he uses Starlink (part of spacex) - first time I’ve ever used it and it’s perfect and never any downtime * Great views were ideal: Sun all day and incredible stars at night * Extra plus was the separate house for work and hanging out with tv and a couch * Beautiful property lighting - especially at night makes the place really glow! * Stunning vegetation and palm trees to enjoy in your view ever

Our stay was wonderful ! Delphine’s property was just as described. The villa offered a wonderful fully equipped kitchen area, large private outdoor space and great island/ lagoon views. Located short drive from St.Jean/Gustavia. Delphine was super responsive and was able to answer any questions we had. Two of the beach chairs were broken and she replaced them with new ones for us to use immediately. Highly recommend a stay here.

Villa on the Rock was a great spot on St Barth. It's beautiful, with great views and within a short drive to many beaches, towns and great shopping. At the villa, we were very comfortable, and we loved the shower and the private outdoor space by the pool overlooking Flamands beach. Chris was very quick to respond and helped us with household needs. There is space to park and places within walking distance as well. Would certainly come back to Villa on the Rock!

Great surf bungalow out in Toiny. Nice two bedrooms with a great pool. Host was very responsive and helpful. Not the most equipped but great for the price. Super peaceful and would stay again.

Excellent experience! Place was beautiful, very comfortable, well decorated, modern and stunning views. Elodie was a great host! Always ok too of everything and very responsive to our needs/questions. I’ll definitely come back to this place if o go back to the island, super recommended! Thank you Elodie! See you next time!

La villa était incroyable ! Absolument clean, magnifique et super pratique avec les 2 chambres avec salle de bains individuelles et la cuisine avec absolument tous les ustensiles et produits basiques pour cuisiner. Mention +++ pour le balcon avec la vue sur toute la baie 😍 Mille mercis Séverine pour cette belle villa, nous avons passées un superbe séjour ❤️

The property is located just an 8 minute walk from Flamands Beach and a quick, easy drive to Gustavia. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook, and all the property photos and listing details are accurate. The parking spot is on a steep slope, so I would advise getting the smallest car to make getting in and out easier. The daily housekeeping service (except Sun) makes the place much cleaner than a typical Airbnb. The property manager, Pierre, arranged our rental car and all of our restaurant bookings. We got prime-spot tables at all the places he booked - I don't know if it was coincidence or his connections but it was much appreciated! He was also very responsive to all communications and pro-actively addressed potential issues before we even asked him to, such as attempting to get construction halted at a neighboring property and arranging for the house to be sprayed when he noticed a lot of mosquitoes. Another advantage is that his company manages multiple properties on the island - because of the construction noise, he offered to move us to another villa so that's where we stayed for the second half of our trip. Mosquitoes seem to be prevalent throughout the island, so it is advisable to use repellant. Overall we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Très bon séjour dans le logement. Tout était parfait, très propre grâce aux femmes de ménages qui étaient très gentilles. Je remercie Isabelle qui était très réactif par téléphone. Le Airbnb est très bien placé on est à côté de la plage et des boutiques. Séjour de 1 mois juste parfait je recommande fortement. Merci pour tout.

Bel appartement très confortable avec vue sur mer comme sur les photos, belle terrasse ventilée parfaite pour prendre tous les repas, quartier tranquille à moins de 5mn en voiture de l’aéroport et des commerces de bouches. Petites attentions très appréciables (bouteille de champagne/eau dans le frigo, capsule de café, petit déjeuner à aller récupérer à la boulangerie à 700m,….) Piscine et Parking au pied de l’appartement (attention place étroite) Au global très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement a été très agréable et conforme aux descriptions… Le lieu est très paisible, et la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique.

Un séjour parfait. Excellente communication entre la propriétaire et la conciergerie. Un grand merci pour nous avoir permis d'avoir l'appartement en avance et d'avoir pu en profiter jusqu'à notre départ. La conciergerie est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport et à repondu à toutes nos questions avec une grande réactivité. Si nous pouvons revenir sur SBH, je vous recontacterai.

We stayed with Mathilde and Morgan for eight glorious nights. Everything was perfect. Matt teal was very responsive, gave us clear instructions on getting there, and we had no issues finding the location. Toiney is the quieter side of the island, which we liked. Of course, you’re 15 minutes away from the bustle of Gustavia, so trips back and forth are easy. The view was amazing and the accommodations were exactly as pictured. The pool was lovely after a beach day and for lounging and reading a book. The place was very clean and organized and Mathilde was so kind and welcoming. She left us bread and cheese and wine upon our arrival. She checked in periodically to see if we needed things, invited us to the beach with her family, just an all around nice person. We loved the turtles and their dog! Would 10/10 recommend.

Stop looking and book this flat! My wife and I stayed here in March 2025, and we can’t say enough good things about it. The flat is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view is just as stunning as in the listing—absolutely breathtaking! One of the best things about this flat is the location. We walked to Eden Roc for breakfast every morning (just an 8–10 minute walk). It’s also within easy walking distance to Nikki Beach, Le Guerite, and Eden Roc, with a short drive to Gustavia and other key spots. We rented a small car and had no trouble parking at the flat. Highly recommend—plus, the host was equally wonderful. Thank you!!
