The front and back gardens have well maintained lawns and beautiful tropical plants. The whole property is securely fenced and gated. At night the road is well lit and there are security sensor lights around the house and gardens. Parking spaces are available within the premises for 3 extra cars

La propiedad está situada en un gran jardín, cerca del único campo de golf de Granada, hasta Golf Course Road, a 15-20 minutos a pie de la carretera principal y la famosa Grand Anse Beach.
