A wonderful holiday by the sea! Madelaine is very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and informative...a superb host. The flat is very clean and comfortable with a modern and Danish style, and has all your modern conveniences for a fully self-catering stay. Madelaine provided a few staples to get me started with my stay, and provided info on nearest grocers and shops in addition to nearby attractions. It was a completely comfortable and carefree week, and I shall miss here while I'm gone and hope to be back soon. Staying at Madelaine's flat is very much like visiting with faraway family, warm, inviting and helping you make the most of your stay.

We had a great stay. I chose the place for the view and wasn't disappointed. The flat is well appointed and a great place to walk along the sea front. We relaxed in the lounge as a family in the evenings. There is on street parking outside the property where you can park for free. We used the nearby train station rather than walk to the old town in Hastings but there were also plenty of buses.

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

We had such an amazing stay in Moyra’s apartment , it was just as described and more ! Such a cool place and waking up to that view well …. Location is great with an easy stroll into town and a great pub less than 10 mins walk . All her recommendations were great and we look forward to returning later in the year

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

This was our fourth time at Jane's home. We always have a brilliant time and this was no exception. We love the little quirky features of the house, the location right on the beach and always feel very comfortable and at home. Thanks Jane - I'm sure we'll be back again!

We are grateful that Hilary shared with us her beautiful home, all descriptions, amenities (plus more) are as per listings. We enjoyed immersing ourselves amongst her art collection. A very delightful and inspiring place to live in for few days. We spent some fantastic times on the beach, Rye, Dungeness and we discovered Folkestone too!! All in all a much needed recharging holiday. Thank you Hilary! X

Absolutely loved Barefoot Beach House! Location is fantastic, literally sitting on the sand. Home is warm and inviting, clearly loved by a family. Mark was responsive and helpful. Will definitely look to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for first rate beach stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. The flat was exactly as described and we had everything we needed. There were detailed instructions about how everything worked.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dominka and Lucas’s place. They were great to communicate with and the house is as described, and an easy walk to the beach. D&L left lots of bits to use at the beach - cricket set, wind break, buckets and spades etc - that was a real bonus and they’d also left a basket of goodies with snacks, which our kids loved. The hot tub and pool table were a fab addition to our weekend and everything easy to find/ use. We loved Camber and will definitely use this home as our base again.

we loved LOMA, a beautiful house in a perfect spot by the beach. they've put real care in to the design of the place. Gigi's really communicative. We all enjoyed ourselves and would love to go again!

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

The place was exactly as described and looked like the photos. It is very conveniently located near bus routes around the town and very near the train station. The area is peaceful but near lots of attractions. Simon is very responsive and shared lots of useful information about the place and local recommendations. A great place to stay if you want a homebase whilst you are out all day - good value for money.

A lovely, well kept and spacious apartment, ideal for a long weekend. Peaceful and cosy for winter breaks, with outside space for summer too. With quality towels, toiletries and bedding for extra comfort. Perfectly located, just a short walk from St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, close to the cafes and vintage stores on Norman Road and King's Road - and just a few minutes down to the Hastings seafront. Very handy to be able to store our bags securely in the ground floor storage space between check out and our train departure too.

Amazing location right by the pier with a huge window offering a beautiful view over the sea. If you wake up early, be sure to take a look and enjoy the morning light! The bedroom is at the back, so it was nice and quiet at night, in spite of the central location. Easy walking distance of train (Warrior Sq or Hastings) and my fave pizza place Rustico (it’s not fancy, but it’s really nice food!). Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, nice sound system was a bonus!

Lovely spot for a weekend in St Leonard’s

The house is very well-maintained and looks like new. Susan is generous, providing us with all the cooking ingredients. She quickly responded to our requests and communication. The panoramic view from the living room is stunning. It is a wonderful place to spend our holiday.

Staying in this flat for a week was like living inside a poem. The decor, the attention to detail, the comfort of the bed, the textures of the carpets and curtains, and the beauty of the surroundings were wonderful. Sitting on the rocking chair watching the sea was a delight every day. It was like going back in time, but with all modern comforts. A few minutes walk away is Maker & Baker, the best bread in town. It’s right on the seafront, just between Hastings and Saint Leonards, so walking distance from most places you’d want to go or an easy taxi ride anywhere else. The most beautiful and satisfying Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you Kimberley, for creating such a lovely space.
