Ensured the overall health, safety and quality of each property with routine preventative maintenance, including testing of mechanicals, maintaining appliances, testing smoke and CO detectors, and confirming access to fire extinguishers. EPA-registered cleaning products. All our products meet EPA’s (Environmental Protection Agency) criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19. Trained Professionals. Our team of housekeeping professionals follow protocol and always look for ways to improve upon their craft. Correct PPE Usage. All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning rentals. Linens and bedding All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry facility and in accordance with CDC guidelines. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by bagging dirty linen during transport. Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting. Disinfected and sanitised high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service-providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs table tops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitised soft surfaces and upholstery. Re-washed Dinnerware Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals. HOT TUBS WILL BE IN USE. Hot tubs will have fresh water in for each change over and will have been sanatized. We are constantly checking for public health advice, and currently we are unaware of any public health evidence that suggests that it's unsafe to bathe in hot tub water, provided it is correctly sanitised and also the correct pH level. In order to keep any risks to a minimum. Does a hot tub kill the coronavirus? COVID-19 is not technically a living organism and therefore cannot be 'killed' as such. Advice from both BISHTA and a USA-based equivalent suggests that the coronavirus would in fact be deactivated in correctly sanitised water that is at the correct pH level. Due to covid-19 our cleaners are going to need more time to get the lodges to the standard that is required. The strict new check-in, check-out times must be adhered too. Unfortunately they will be no allowances for early or late check-in/check-outs with the current situation of covid-19. Check in time is after 5pm. Check out time is before 9am. Changes to facilities. Temporary measures currently in place has resulted in removing the following. Iron/ ironing board. Hair dryer. Fleece blanket. DVDs / Xbox games. Nescafé Dolce gusto machine. Extra Cushions .Salt & pepper pots. Crockery, cutlery,untensils, kettle,toaster and pans will still be provided.

The Cabin in the garden

A private, simply furnished cabin at the bottom of our garden within the World Heritage Site. The cabin has two single beds. There is a shower room and separate toilet ten steps from the cabin . We are 100 metres from a great pub which serves real ales and excellent food. The space is very private with access to a small garden. We are a 5 minute walk from Thomas Telfords famous aqueduct. Offas Dyke path is at the bottom of our drive. We are close to Trevor Barns and Tyn Dwr Hall wedding venues

Shepherds Hut, Llangollen, North Wales

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Tyno Isa is a small holding with horses and chickens. Our Shepherds Hut Sleeps two, has a kitchen, electric shower and toilet. Woodburning stove and underfloor heating and two comfy chairs. Outside there is a raised deck with dining and lounging facilities, bbq plus parking. Electric bikes available to hire. 3 miles to Llangollen, 15 mins walk to Pontcysyllte aqueduct, situated on Offa's Dyke. Horse b&b welcome too. Non smoking site

The Old Tack Rooms at Highbrooke House.

A newly converted, modern space within the grounds of my home. The views over the garden and Wych valley provide the perfect rural retreat, especially with our donkeys close by! There are 2 bedrooms both of which have zip & link beds so can either be a super king size or single bed configurations. Both have their own shower rooms. The shared driveway is secured with electric gates. We are located in stunning countryside on the borders of Cheshire, Shropshire & Wales, just a mile off the A41.

The Shepherd Hut at The Old Police House

A traditional bespoke Shepherd Hut in a semi rural location. The hut is positioned a few steps from the Llangollen canal and a three min walk from the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.Offas Dyke runs along the towpath .There are two excellent pubs a few minutes walk, post office ,pizza takeaway and cafe. The Hut is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is direct access to the tow path on which you can walk for miles. I currently have a minimum 2 nights stay but may allow 1 night stay please ask

If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.
