Sylvia’s place is a little piece of heaven. Not only does the spacious home have everything you need but the back porch views are incredible. We watched locals bringing out their livestock, Sunday afternoon RC flyers, and goats wandering nearby. Watching the sunset from the porch and the stars from the pool deck was such a treat - as was dipping into the clear pool waters continually throughout the day. Within walking distance is Bottom Bay Beach and several house-side bars with friendly owners and patrons. Groceries and anything else needed is only a short drive. Mauva and Phillip were extremely helpful and kind. They greeted us the first day, and bid us adieu on our last. We can’t wait for our next visit to Barbados!

Far Away Beach Villa is a restorative, peaceful, serene, secluded oasis that serves as the perfect antidote for hectic, modern living. Perched above the Atlantic you have the best ocean views and smells. The breeze that rolls through the French doors keeps the house comfortable day and night. We spent a good deal of time on the patio at night watching stars and listening to the surf. We joke that vacation showers are always a letdown because of the renovated shower and bath included in the house we bought a few years ago. This shower is a dead on tie with ours. Sunlight streams in, the ocean waves are audible and the wood flooring satisfies form and function; slip resistant and visually stunning. Arron is a great host. He was punctual, pleasant and professional in all of our communications. He was also three for three on restaurant recommendations including one of if not the best French meals of my life. Excellent experience in Arron's space and we will definitely be back. Thanks!

Our family of 4 adults & 2 children (12&14) stayed here for 2 weeks. The home itself was absolutely beautiful, we will miss waking up having breakfast with the birds coming to sit with us and seeing the green monkeys pass over the surrounds. The pool was well used by the kids, a couple issues with it staying fresh and clear but the pool guy was great. Well maintained gardens, reliable and proactive host who was able to help with anything. A car is a must, we hired a car as Saint Philips is quite far from most attractions & the beaches we wanted to go to - but also provided a calm and relaxing location. Would highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again.

Beachy Head villa & grounds are spacious, comfortable & easy living, with everything our extended family needed for a Caribbean holiday. The cottage provided a lovely peaceful getaway for adults with no children! The infinity pool was used before breakfast & dinner every day! We highly recommend a sunset massage on either patio! Michaels assistant, Sandra, went above & beyond to make our arrival, stay & departure smooth, enjoyable, & easy: arranging car rentals to facilitate families arriving & departing on the same days but at different times; securing beach items ready for our arrival. The housekeeper & grounds men kept everything spic & span. All the staff were helpful & knowledgeable. Beachy Head villa & cottage are perfect for large groups who enjoy: a simple lifestyle & pleasures; time together but with space to call your own; quiet surroundings, except for the sound of the ocean & the wind in the palm trees; easy access to the airport, amenities & beaches. Staying at Peter’s is hard to describe. We stayed 9 nights in The View as a base whilst visiting relatives. It was the most tranquil and beautiful setting to wake up in every day. The accommodation is very, very basic, but you have to see beyond that.Staying here is an experience so unique, it’s almost priceless,and that is down to Peter.Such a genuine and kind human being, who wants all guests to have a memorable stay. The furniture,appliances, & fittings have really seen better days. The cleanliness could have been better, but somehow none of this mattered to us. Oughterson feels like your favourite, most comfortable pair of shoes, that are worn out, but you keep wearing as you love them so much. 1st night dinner round the long table & fresh pancakes delivered for 1st breakfast set the scene. The grounds, the wildlife, the pool, pizza night, the jam, movie night, the dogs, like-minded guests (hey Tom & Lola), and Peter. Our stay grounded us and we will cherish the memories.

Great house, great facilities, quiet and peaceful location, excellent value. If you’re looking for somewhere away from the crowds and don’t mind being a drive from most places, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

The welcome was warm and genuine, the dogs like family, the monkeys, the birds .. I could go on and on, this place is pure magic. We just returned from 6 absolutely gorgeous, sun-soaked days at Villa Sunkiss and we’re already dreaming about going back. From the moment we arrived, the villa took our breath away. Every room was thoughtfully curated with an elegant, beachy Caribbean vibe that made us feel instantly relaxed and at home. The kitchen was a dream—fully equipped and just perfect. But the real magic was the beautifully maintained, super comfortable outdoor space with jaw-dropping views of the water from every angle. The only tiny downside was that the sea wall stairs had been taken out by a hurricane last year, so direct swimming access from the property wasn’t possible. The location overall couldn’t be better—just steps to the lively St. Lawrence Gap and despite being close to the action, the neighborhood felt peaceful, safe, and super friendly. Cathy our host was fantastic and always available by text. This was the kind of stay that sticks with you long after you leave and we can't wait to come back!

I am very pleased with our experience at Theo's BK Villas. He is very friendly, attentive, helpful, and understanding. Theo even provided snacks and refreshments when we arrived which was grately appreciated. Although there were a couple minor hiccups during our stay, we were able to adapt and still thouroughly enjoy the beautiful layout, spacious, and accommodating surroundings. Each of us would definitely stay again. We are already planning for our next trip😊 Thank you Theo!

I had an amazing stay at Colin and Stacie’s place! The accommodation was exactly as described and even exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Colin and Stacie were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The location was great , with easy access to local attractions and amenities. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay, and I would definitely book again in the future!

Spent my 50th birthday here with my family and had an amazing time. Danielle was there to greet us upon arrival and was very friendly and thorough with info for checking in and things to do. Location was great, we were able to get around with no problem. Let’s talk about the home, it’s an oasis! We loved everything about it the space, pool, and the back yard was serenity I loved it. We also were able to see a few monkeys in the back yard, which was a plus for us. Don’t hesitate to book your home away from home, you won’t be disappointed.

Paul's place was great. Clean, spacious. Everything you need. Everything worked great. Pool and outdoor seating area were great. Quiet area. House was cleaned once while were there and pool cleaners came there once during the stay. Would recommend Paul's place.

I stayed with seven of my students and my colleague and it was perfect. We loved walking to the reef to do marine biology, going on the roof to star gaze and do math lessons, and the pool for the kids to unwind. I loved that the doors locked automatically so I didn’t have to worry about the kids each needing a key or forgetting to lock the doors. There was an area for us to gather as a group and the kitchen was large so more than one person could cook. Highly recommended

Quiet, beautiful spot on the south end of the island. Great, private view of the beach and mangroves from sprawling gardens. Occasional monkey visitors. Practical kitchen with needed equipment. Good ac in bedrooms. Giant sliding door for the main room. Strong WiFi in office and most of house and immediate deck (occasionally unstable but think that’s island issue). 15 min to grocery store. Most higher end restaurants and resort beaches on northwest coast 30 min+. Short walk down to beach - rough not swimmable but beautiful. Host was the most helpful we’ve ever had with Airbnb. Helped with all kinds of activity / reservations (for a nominal fee).

Sea Breeze is the perfect getaway spot! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom bungalow is located in a beautifully maintained and secure community at the Villages at Coverley. Just a quick 5-minute drive from the airport, we were relaxing on the private verandah by the pool in no time less than an hour after landing! The home is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in right away. The location is ideal for both short and extended stays, and the peaceful surroundings add to the relaxing vibe. Highly recommend Sea Breeze for anyone looking for a serene, convenient base in Barbados. The host is was very friendly and quick at responding. Thank you for having us!

Lovely breeze constantly blowing. Away from touristy area so need to have vehicle and groceries to cook. Could easily entertain others as well! Pool was a great way to cool down! We’d stay again!

Absolutely Stunning Stay! This home was everything we hoped for and more! A beautiful contemporary house right on the ocean, offering breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the waves. The property is incredibly spacious, with a large, manicured yard and gardens that add to the serene and peaceful atmosphere. The pool was fantastic, and the entire place was spotless—super clean and tidy. The nights were magical, with a stunning night sky and the peaceful ambiance of the ocean. It’s a perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility, beauty, and comfort. One thing to note—it’s best to have your own transportation to fully enjoy the area. Highly recommend and would love to return!

By far the most stunning thing about this house is the location. It truly sits high on a cliff and below is a rocky edge of sea and beach.The house itself is spacious and stocked with all the amenities needed for a week long stay with extended family. The doors in the main part of the house open to stunning views and fresh salt air. We found the constant sea breeze to be more than enough to keep the days comfortable and the nights cool. The beach just steps away from the house was a bit rough for swimming but lovely for a morning or evening stroll. Just 20 min. away in the town of Oistins and has a great calm beach for swimming and sunbathing. Crane's Resort is also just a 5 min. drive from the house and has a great beach and spa that we took advantage of. There are many local fruit and fish fry stands around the neighborhood which we frequented with great pleasure. Locals were super friendly and were more than willing to share their favorite spots on the island with us. Dis Ole House restaurant is about 10 min. drive from the house. Great food and cocktails were you can dine outside in an adorable courtyard with string lights and lush vegetation. Lastly, Sandra the house manager was more than helpful. She was easy to communicate with, greeted us upon arrival and answered any questions we had from finding a babysitter to house logistics. We will be back for sure!
