A lovely attached cottage, own private garden, parking space, shared use of the main house gardens and pool looking out to sea in the heart of the South Hams. A beautiful historic house renovated with cool retro decor, super-fast WiFi, hardwired TV with Netflix in a cosy sitting room. As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. We are situated on a working farm approximately 6 miles from Totnes, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge and just 15 minutes from the coast. Garden Cottage is a cosy one bedroom unit with access to a large indoor heated swimming pool, children's play area and plenty of room to explore and walk, the Old Inn at Halwell is a mile away along a green lane. The cottage has a well equipt kitchen There is a lounge diner. One large family room with king size bed, single bed and two fold out chair beds.
