Samo nekoliko minuta hodanja udaljen je od Trga bana Josipa Jelačića, glavnog željezničkog kolodvora, Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta te prekrasnog gradskog parka Zrinjevac gdje se održava najpopularniji božićni sajam u Europi, te druge zagrebačke znamenitosti poput povijesnog Gornjeg grada, Zagrebačke katedrale i poznate tržnice Dolac. Najbliža zračna luka Franjo Tuđman, udaljena je 16km od apartmana.

Dobrodošli u studio apartman uređenom sa puno ljubavi ❤️ Smješten u centru Zagreba u dvorišnoj zgradi iz 1919. godine na 1. katu sa balkonom. Moj dragi tata i ja smo ga zajedničkim snagama adaptirali i uredili 2022. godine. U zgradi se na istom katu nalaze još 2 stana, a u prizemlju je poslovni prostor/ krojačka radnja. S obzirom da je u dvorištu, cijeli dan je mir i tišina. Besplatan parking za goste je na posebno obilježenom mjestu unutar dvorišta, a u blizini je i tramvajska stanica.

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Apartment 'BELLA' is newly renovated spacious 70 m2 apartment on the first floor for up to 5 people (4+1). Apartment has two big bedrooms with double beds, bathroom and a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen + living room with sofa (for a fifth guest) that has a little balcony. We are located 4 minutes walk from the main square and 2 minutes from park Zrinjevac. We can check you in or send you self check in instructions.

Tram station is 230 meters away (3 minutes walk). It is a 35 minutes drive to center of town. Bus station to Ljubljanica (Remiza) is 10 meters from apartment :). Jarun Market (Tržnica Jarun) is 80 meters away. There you have bars, restaurants, groceries, flower market... It is a must-see place. Lake Jarun is some 15 minutes walk. Banks and ATM-s are right around the corner.

U sklopu apartmana nalazi se pečenjara sa pekom, jacuzzi sa pogledom te igralište za djecu. U okolici gosti mogu uživati u raznim aktivnostima poput pješačenja i planinarenja na planinarski vrh Vodenica, te mogu posjetiti Pavlinski samostan i crkvu Rođenja Blažene Djevice Marije koji je udaljen 2km od apartmana.

Ovaj novo renoviran smještaj idealan je za do četvero ljudi. Okružen je zelenilom s besplatnim parkingom kraj zgrade. Do centra grada je potrebno 10tak minuta busom ili autom. Samo desetak minuta lagane šetnje je udaljen od jezera Jarun - gradske zelene oaze.
