One of the best Airbnb I’ve been too will definitely rent from Adam again . Very friendly , the house was amazing along with the pool which was an added bonus.

We stated this place for 3 days and 4 nights absolutely awesome I would recommend this location for anybody wanting to get away from the realities of life and just relax thank you again and have a great day.

We had a lovely stay in Farmington! The home was a great fit for our family, with all the essential needed and enough room for everyone. The hosts were quick to respond, and very accommodating with our needs. We would highly recommend to our family and friends

our stay was amazingly comfortable and fun. My grandkids had a lot of fun on the climbing dome and trampoline in the backyard. The pool was closed for the season so we didn't swim. The bads were comfortable and clean. The furnishings were all lovely and in good order. The kitchen is large and we'll stocked and has great appliances, too. Lyndsie is a great hostess. She was available for the few times we needed to reach out. I totally recommend this place for your stay!

My family and I enjoyed the stay. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Nicely renovated home. If in the area again will definitely return.

All in all the place was nice! The beds and rooms were comfortable and big. Location was great for fishing at the San Juan River. Hope to return soon!

House was terrific. Comfy beds, lovely location, pin-drop quiet neighborhood. Speedy and reliable wi-fi too! Fenced yard and large patio were perfect for us and our two little dogs who were absolutely elated to have the runaround space. Host was immediately responsive and helpful when we sought recommendations for local businesses. Highly recommend.

Adrienne is an amazing host! We have stayed at her house before and she left cupcakes, wine, a smores kit and more when she found out it was my bday(I wanna give a shoutout on that because I ran out of time to post my review when we last stayed) Adrienne deserves the recognition for the extra thoughtful touches! She was more than happy to provide sleeping bags for the kids to use for their indoor campout. The outdoor space is AMAZING! We spent so much time out near the river and the kids had a dance party on the good size outdoor lounge space. Adrienne also provided all needed item for the grill, citronella candles, all making the outdoor space ready for enjoying! I could go on, because we love staying here so much. Adrienne we appreciate your flexibility on arrival and departure, when available, and the hospitality you continue to show my family. We are looking forward to our stay in May!

We traveled to Farmington from Colorado to see our son who lives with his dad. Walking into this beautiful home instantly gives you a sigh of relief feeling... It's beautiful, its clean, its comfortably decorated & features everything you will need! Then when you start to explore, and you step out to the wrap around trex deck and see the breathtaking back yard with turf, flagpole and views, it leaves you speechless! It gave our family an at home feeling that we have never felt at our own home, just sooo cozy words cannot explain!!

Great place, setup with a pellet stove in the living room and wood stove in the lounge room although I didn’t use the wood stove it’s there.

Will definitely be back. We are here for softball tournaments a few times a year. Perfect place for our family. Super spacious, secure and clean.

Highly recommend staying here. Mariah was an exceptional host and very responsive. We came to Aztec for the wrestling tournaments and having a nice comfortable home to rest and sleep was worth every penny. Thank you Mariah!

Tracey was an excellent host. She provided very clear and detailed instructions and responded quickly to questions. Her studio apartment was comfortable and quiet. It is located about 7 miles NE of downtown Farmington in a very beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. I had everything I needed for a 4 night stay. Thanks Tracey!

Place was as advertised quiet and clean

It was our son’s 24th birthday. He loves to fish and this is the perfect location. The whole process, from booking this home, to the communication from our hosts and the instructions were simple and helpful. We have stayed in multiple homes throughout the state of NM and Colorado, but this is the first home we have stayed in that has everything a family should need minus the food of course. We enjoyed the game room and their large dinner table. The home was cozy rooms are spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There are also a ton of deer. Our boys caught multiple fish, but two of them were well over 19 inches! If you’re looking for a place to relax or you love the great outdoors, this is the perfect home!

Great place to stay. We stayed for 2 months for work. Isaac and his wife were very friendly and worked around our schedule the best they could. A couple of small issues with the house that they took care of immediately. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Stayed for a wedding, cute home. No outlets in the bathrooms, a long mirror in the master bathroom near an outlet may help. Clean and cozy.

Blanca’s house was very nice and clean. I really enjoyed. Recommended a 100 %.
