The private bedroom features a Queen sized bed or you can snuggle up on one of our two twin beds cleverly arranged to create a comfy sofa for any down time. There’s enough free parking for everyone,including campers. Individual keypad entry for an interaction-free experience, washer and dryer, WiFi, 50” smart tv, sectional couch, and brand new comfortable mattresses, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, including a coffee/Tea bar

Five futons. If you have your own sleeping bag that works fine. If not I have sheets and comforters. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mini fridge, grill, and coffee pot. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

The house is decorated with photographs and painted with local colors. It is a medium/small house with lots of space to spread out.

The home was originally located on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon where it served as housing for park employees. It's extremely cozy with great lighting...sleeps three people comfortably with one queen bed and one twin sized rollaway bed.
