Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Sunny Studio in Town

The studio is conveniently located in town within a few blocks of restaurants, parks, river, shops, and walking trails. Ride your bike to the RAT trails or drive 2 miles to Orvis Hot Springs to soak after skiing or hiking all day. The home is 40 miles from Telluride Ski Resort, 15 minutes from Ouray, and less than 6 miles from Top of the Pines nature preserve. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with all amenities located in a scenic countryside setting. Driving distance from Telluride, Ouray, Ridgway. Great for family vacations, hunting trips, hiking, and biking. This house is for rent nightly or weekly. We can not accommodate any pets. Please note that the base price is for 2 guests; additional guests are $30 each. We do keep track of the number of guests in the house, simply because we care about our home.

I love this "Down Valley " area of Telluride. It is a 17 minutes drive up river to downtown Telluride. Our riverfront deck sits right on the San Miguel. If you leave your bedroom window open you can hear it all night long. Being at 7500 feet, Fall Creek, is also nicer if you want an easy altitude adjustment! The unit modernly decorated with 900 generous square feet for two persons.
