I loved the building, it has everything I needed (Gym, pool, sauna). The room was good too, we had minor hiccups but the host resolved them quickly. I'd definitely go back if I come to Chiang Mai. Thank you for David for your hospitality!

I had a perfect stay in Chiang Mai! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Pine, the host, was absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and always available if needed. The location in San Sai Noi was perfect for me: peaceful, yet just a short drive from Central Festival and all the action in town. The apartment was super clean, well-equipped, and I felt completely at home from the first day. It’s a great spot whether you’re staying short-term or long-term. The area was quiet and safe, with convenience stores and local food nearby. Everything about the stay was smooth and easy — no problems at all. Honestly, it couldn’t have been better. I’d return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place in Chiang Mai. Huge thanks to Pine for being a fantastic host and making my stay so enjoyable!

The best condo ever stayed in Chiang Mai. The room is nice and clean. Central shopping mall is near, takes only 5 mins walk.

Comfortable bed very clean.

First time Airbnb for our group of 6 adults and one kid for Chiang Mai trip.. We stay during Songkran festival. The place is amazing, near the main festival Tha Phae gate and surrounding with cafés and restaurants, clean place. Each room got their own bathroom and important point for us is Khun Nuii is always quick and well response. We can confirm that we made a good decision to stay on this place and for sure we will come back again.

非常棒的民宿、旁边就是酒吧一条街、过桥就是中国城，美食这件事完全不用担心了。房间很干净，每天都会打扫房间，更换浴巾。走的时候是凌晨4点，房东还来送我们，真的非常感谢！已经安利给身边朋友们、人多的话直接订吧、不用看别的了

This was one of the nicest Airbnb experiences. The place was very clean, there was plenty of water available, and the overall property is gorgeous. The hosts were very kind and responsive, even let me borrow her bike for the week. The location is away from the city and you can only get to the city via grab, it was roughly $5 one way. I didn't mind the distance from the city, I would have fun or work in the city and then come back and unwind. Having Netflix was a huge plus.

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Pool und die Anlage! Man kann von 8-22 Uhr im Pool schwimmen, aber nicht den Gym Raum verwenden. Keine Ahnung warum. Ist aber nicht so wichtig gewesen. Es war ein sehr toller und entspannter Aufenthalt! Gleich gegenüber gibt es einen 7/11 und bolte können einen für unter 100 Baht in die Stadt fahren. Zu Fuß dauert es ungefähr 45 Minuten. Ich würde wieder hier buchen!

The place was peaceful and well-equipped, there are food places close by, and convenience store. The only down side was that it got quite hot in the afternoon, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

As full time travelers, we have seen it all and are quite picky about where we stay. this place is top tier and met or exceeded all our needs. we ended up adding days and stayed 10 days. everything is super easy from check in, to host communication. the Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to your message. the place is as the pictures show and very clean. the building itself inside is super quiet. you will not hear any neighbors. we did not see any other people at all most days. the gym and pool are nice and easy to access. you will love the size of this condo with two full bathrooms and a comfy couch with big screen smart TV . the main room bed is very comfortable with nice new bedding. the kitchen has what you need to prepare a simple meal. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great Location, Great Amenities! This condo was the perfect base for our Chiang Mai trip. Being right next to Central Festival mall was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!
