It is with great pleasure we invite you to enjoy your waterfront getaway with its own private sandy beach located in the prime position of St Georges Basin. As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. This newly renovated, private downstairs unit is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Sanctuary Point. The property backs onto a native bush reserve with numerous walking tracks to see the many kangaroos , abundance of bird life and Cockrow Creek. The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. The property is well fenced and dog friendly.
