"River Chalet" Riverfront Home with Dock & Hot Tub

The "River Chalet" is a beautiful remodeled fisherman's cottage from 1931 that sits on the banks of the Big Nestucca River in Pacific City. Just a short walk to the beach and nestled in the heart of Pacific City's eclectic "downtown" its the perfect place to slow down and recharge. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the river and walk across the street to get your coffee and scone at the "Grateful Bread" bakery. Launch your kayaks/SUP's from the large dock in the front yard for a sunset paddle!

Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Surf Cottage • Monthly Available For Off Season

Be in the heart of town, but enjoy a private road (no street parking for non residents/guests). Flat cement parking slab for your friends with campers/RV. Cottage heated by a wood burning stove - so cozy. Some art decor may be different upon arrival than photos. Garage is not available for use by guests. 30+ day rentals available for the off season. $3,000 per month starting November 16 or December 1 - June 30. All utilities / landscaping included. Welcome to the pet-friendly Casita de Chowder! We love dogs so much, we named this house after our pup, Chowder. We are located 3 blocks from beach access and 5 blocks from downtown Lincoln City, but don’t be surprised if you are tempted to spend most of your getaway in this cozy casita!
