Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

This light & airy annexe is the perfect place for a trip to Oxford, minimalist decor with subtle influences of Bali. Situated at the bottom of our garden, you’ll have full privacy in this self contained unit. Nearby you can take a picturesque stroll through Iffley Village & along the canal to the city centre, which takes approx. 50 minutes (or 10 minute bus ride). Rose Hill is conveniently located just off a dual carriage way for easy access by car. Free on-street parking is available anytime.

Driveway parking available for one car. EV charging (Type 2 7.4 kW) available, just let us know! Just a few minutes walk to the bus stop that is a 10-15 minute journey to Oxford City Centre. There is a bus direct to Oxford Brookes University also. Even closer is Cowley Road, home to some amazing restaurants and bars.

We're conveniently situated 4 miles from Oxford City Centre and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. The property looks out onto the open countryside to the front and rear and a 10 minute walk away is the River Thames which has a lovely pub to enjoy an evening and you can also walk the tow path straight into Oxford.
