Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Stunning view of the sea and private parking

The house is exceptional. Stunning wide view of the sea, the mountains, the surrounding landscape. Huge garden. Silent area. Parking on the property. Sea is 10 minutes walk distance! A market is 150 meters far; restaurants, pizzerie in the area. The furniture is refined and functional for 6 people: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 with bunk bed). WIFI and linens included. Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

A pochi passi da uno dei tratti più suggestivi della provincia di Oristano si affitta un ampio appartamento di 100 mq in contesto bifamiliare. L'alloggio è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto con letto singolo e letto da una piazza e mezza, un ampio salone con tv e aria condizionata, una cucina abitabile, un bagno e due terrazze di cui una coperta. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

L'alloggio si trova a Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, in prossima della bellissima scogliera di surri e sa ida, a circa 300 m dal mare, a circa 1 km 1/2 dall'arco di Sarchittu. Sito in una zona tranquilla, adatto per chi vuole veramente riposarsi, godersi il mare e i tramonti spettacolare. L'appartamento è di circa 60 m2, luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. L'arredamento è nuovo, possibilità di pranzare all'aperto, o prendere il sole.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

The house is a 375 years old building that has been just recently completely restored. It is located in the historical center of Bosa, 200m from Piazza Carmine, where you can park your car. It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
