Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Amazing 360° views over Santa Fe & the Rio Grande Valley. Only 3 miles to the historic plaza & a quarter mile to a beautiful bike path. Close to the art experience Meow Wolf! Solar Hot tub is open year round. Yoga deck. Bike rental to the responsible. Composting toilet. Laundry area in the shared solar Bathhouse. Full bed & stocked kitchenette. A bit funky, but friendly community. Several trailers nearby, but separated by small piñon trees. Camper is not high end, but sustainable and soulful.

Humming Grove Sanctuary East

Charming, spacious, bright and clean private duplex casita in a beautiful forested setting, 15 minutes outside Santa Fe on historic Route 66. Walking trails, lighted gazebo dining area, lovely gardens, chickens, trampoline and firepit are all part of a welcoming healing atmosphere on five enclosed acres. The Family Casita Santa Fe/ Pojoaque

The Family Casita is the guest wing to a family home with a private separate entrance. This is a large elegant adobe with thick walls that keep it cool in the summer and provide old world charm. A very spacious 900 square foot studio space, it has two original fireplaces, one in the eat-in kitchen, and one in the main room. There is a beautiful hand painted king sized bed and a Euro Lounger (that converts to a double bed), separated by a privacy wall. Dogs welcome. Sorry can't accept cats.

Southside Retreat

Quiet suite on the southside of Santa Fe designed for relaxation. Located in Southside near 599 & 20 minutes away from the Plaza. Main room is studio style with small living area, Queen sized bed and eating/work area. Kitchen area with everything a coffee or tea lover wants—microwave, water kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, and small fridge with a freezer. Walk in shower & natural light in bathroom. The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.

Thanks for checking out our listing. The guesthouse is approx 800sq ft and fully fenced in. The house is on 5 acres, furnished with local New Mexico finds as well as antiques. You get incredible views of the sunset and at night you can see all of the amazing stars including the Milkeyway. This home has a clean, calm yet eclectic vibe, perfect for those seeking an authentic and rustic New Mexico experience. If your wish is to escape the craziness of city life this is the place.

(No pets) Choose silence, solitude in our 12'x14' AIR CONDITIONED furnished hut, with a picture window view of Mesa; bed, desk, rocking chair, kitchenette. (1 guest only) and Wi-Fi. Space dedicated for meditation, prayer, writing. Private shower 90 steps away, inside main house. Hiking trail minutes away. Vaccination recommended. (Note: our second retreat space, inside main house, has private bath, kitchen use, library and LR.)
