My family of 5 and little dog loved everything about this house! One can tell lots of attention to details not only in the decor but in the amenities also! The fact that they offered beach supplies (from chairs and umbrellas to the sand toys and coolers) was very appreciated! The game room and hot tub were the icing on the cake! Happy we were able to stay here!

The pool and the deck outside was a hit... we loved all the supplies we had..

House as amazing had a great stay house was clean and somewhere the pool and hot tub. Definitely a puppet mind staying here again. She was also a great host left us some snacks and even a welcome card Fantastic experience

Cynthia was super responsive and great to work with. It made our first family trip to Florida so much easier. The pool was the best part. My children took advantage of it and it was so clean!

A beautiful home equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful stay! The host response time was always so quick with any questions! I would stay there again so cozy great pool and outdoor space.

We booked this home last minute while we drove into town. The host had our place ready to go within the hour! So kind and responsive, easy to reach out to. The home was beautiful, simple and comfortable, the big room had a bed that adjusted and vibrated. The pool was clean and warm, and the entire patio was such a relaxing vibe. We had such an incredible time, we will for sure be back, and we would absolutely rent this place again and again.

Our second time staying here, and we love it. This will forever be our go to anytime we vacation in Florida. Super clean. Tons of things to do. Quiet neighborhood. Beach is only a 20 minute drive from the home. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay. Most comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and well taken care of. Perfect to adventure the area and waters or just wanting to relaxing and get away. Top notch place at the top of our list

Our family had a great stay here. Right on the beach a super plus with kids and ability to cook your own meals. Place was clean and had sufficient kitchen supplies to make a home cooked meal. The beach is beautiful and the view out of the windows is lovely. We had a great stay. One thing to be aware of is that you'll get a text message with info/code to get in the front gate, I was looking in the Airbnb messages and couldn't find it so had to call. Thankfully Heather answered right away and could help me out. Another thing to be aware of is that once you get to the door the keypad with numbers does not appear until you push the Yale button. So at the door, push the Yale button first and then the numbers will appear and you can enter the code to the door (different than the gate code and code to get in the building). Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved being so close to a beautiful beach while also being able to cook for ourselves.

Franziska’s townhouse was perfect for what we were looking for. It was located close to my folks house in Hidden Creek which made hanging with them and the rest of our family at their house super easy. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations and will definitely consider Franziska’s place for the next times we stay.

Thanks for a great place for our family of 6. It was cute and quaint in terms of location. It was convenient and an efficient condo. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants and some were walkable. Also, a quick drive to secluded beaches near nesting stations was beautiful. Ashley was a great communicative host.

Great place. Booked based on the pictures of all windows open (no side blinds covering any of the view) and the "Friends" leather recliners facing the view. Exactly as pictured. Much bigger than the pictures show. Would def stay here again. Streamlined with everything you need in bathrooms and kitchen and nothing you don't need so the closets, cabinets, etc. have TONS of storage for your items if needed.
