Relax by the fire pit under the stars. 2 stand-up paddleboards, 2 single kayaks and a 2-person kayak available

Waterfront 3 bedroom cottage in the woods.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, yet close to town center...only 2 1/2 miles. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our screened in back porch overlooking the pond. Go fishing in the private pond and take out our kayaks. We also have a 4 person inflatable dinghy you may use along with 3 fishing poles and life vests. There are 2 lightweight kayaks for pond use only. We just purchased a 4 man paddle boat. Life jackets are required when on or in the water.

The Chart House, on Lake Santeetlah

The Chart House is a welcoming cottage nestled lakefront on stunning Santeetlah Lake.  Located in the Forest Lakes Community, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect cozy, chic getaway with private boat dock.  Please note, as most homes in the mountains, internet can be an issue. Zito Media internet is provided, but we can’t guarantee a speedy resolution if there’s an outage as we are completely at the mercy of the internet provider in a remote area.

Enter the water by taking the stairs or jump from our private dock. In cool weather, curl up and take in the sights of changing leaves or snowy mountains.
