This beautiful property had a lovely combination of old Florida and a trip to the Amalfi Coast! It was beautiful and so comfortable! The furniture and bed were both very cozy. The pool and lounge areas, so perfect! The neighborhood - pretty and friendly. Easy walk to the river. We loved this stay and cannot wait to visit again!

Our stay was awesome! Second home stays was so helpful with check in and any questions/ anything we needed! House is so beautifully decorated with plenty of room and has everything you need- pool, hot tub, games, movie room, and more. We loved the cold plunge! The house also was stocked with coffee, sunscreen, all of the amenities we didn’t expect but were greatly appreciated. Less than 10 min from the beach and not too far from downtown St. Pete and Clearwater!

Nombreuses prestations (serviettes de bain, produits ménagers, condiments, ...) disponibles et fortement appréciés pour cette location. Dung a été très communicant, serviable et très réactif. A recommander sans hésiter.

If you are looking for peaceful, calm, clean and safe, you want this place. As a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely safe on this property and walked around the property at night with no fear. It is very gated and the front desk crew are incredible. The only fair warning is because of all the steel used to build the building (must withstand hurricanes) your internet is iffy and same goes for your phone service. If those 2 things aren't a concern, I would stay here in a NY minute. The host responded to me immediately and after checking in, I didn't have to contact her because everything went so smoothly.

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary. She was responsive and went the extra mile to allow us an early check in and recommend a dinner spot for us to celebrate. Every detail contributed to a genuinely wonderful experience. Dirk and Erika were extremely communicative. The place was exactly as advertised, and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome in their home. We loved the location, and the front porch of the bungalow unit was very peaceful to have coffee each morning. Great experience overall.

The unit was exactly as described. We liked the close proximity to the beach and to restaurants. Having a pool to use was an added bonus too.

Charming, spacious, loft-style apartment in multi-use building. Private entrance via staircase from parking lot, with outdoor table and chairs at the top. Building and parking lot are somewhat active during the day but very quiet in the evenings. Enjoyed my stay, expectations were exceeded, and I recommend this place to others.

Pavelsplace was beautiful and spacious and served our family’s need perfectly. We flew in for my dads funeral and there were 11 of us staying there. 6 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was super responsive and respectful. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a large group.

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!

As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the pool – clean, private, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It felt like having our own personal resort! The host was super friendly and responsive, and check-in was a breeze. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation spot!

Fantastic place for a family vacation! House was beautiful, spotless, well laid out and clutter free. The Pool area is like a resort, the hot tub is such a nice addition to enjoy too. The kids loved inside and out. Amazing host with outstanding communication and local recommendations too. Would definitely go back again. Thank you!

VERY spacious. Great entrance with chairs so easily put on and off shoes which was requested. Bathrooms very clean. Master bedroom very spacious. Very nicely stocked for us to enjoy coffee and some snacks the next morning. Close to our extended family near Botanic garden. We were comfortable, beds were nice. Quiet street. Did not end up walking anywhere but close to a great and popular pickleball public park. For the few questions we did have, owners were incredibly friendly and responded quickly. Unusual layout with stairs into different parts of the house. Kitchen sort of off to the side in a nook but we were there for extended family events so not really an issue.

we stayed at the salty lime villa for a wedding and were so impressed not only by theresa’s (the host) proactiveness with communicating but her thoughtfulness with the villa! inside, she had a personalized message for us as well as snacks, coffee staples, and really anything you could think of that you’d need to feel at home! the property itself is peaceful and a great representation of florida. we’re florida natives so we felt immediately at home in the backyard! the property has a lovely communal space (pool, hammock) as well as a ton of bikes, fishing poles, beach gear and other activity necessities. we told theresa that next time, we’re renting out all the villas to share the space with family and friends - so if you have a larger group, plan ahead and rent them all! also, it should be noted the villa was pristinely clean which is obviously a must with any home. theresa and her family put so much thought and energy into their property and for that we are so grateful.

Great stay in Florida! House was clean and Paula and Roberto were very responsive when we had questions! Pool and backyard were amazing. Lots of space in the house for 9 guests too! Thanks for having us!
