We enjoyed our stay at Monika's home. Everything was exactly as pictured. We have stayed in Rotunda West a few times and like the neighborhood. It's quiet, safe and the neighbors are friendly. There are so many beaches nearby and great shopping. Monika is a great host, quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Thank you Monika for sharing your home with us.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

Place was perfect for our family and on a gulf access canal where we rented a boat and traveled to sanibel and lover key. Located close to everything. Nice neighbors as well

The first thing I have to say is, I was close to giving up on Airbnb‘s altogether due to having a couple bad experiences and being told one thing and it not happening so I have to admit I was pretty skeptical from the beginning, but Michael was a wonderful host. Communication was great. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was just like in the pictures. We were there for a wedding. My family can’t wait to stay there again. While we were there, we checked out a few of the restaurants that were suggested and went to downtown Cape Coral and went to a cute little boutique called Simply Golden and my husband loved it because there was a great cigar bar right across the street. I would highly recommend this place. Can’t wait till our next stay. Thank you Michael!!!!

No one says “I’ve stayed long enough.” We contemplated how we could stay a few extra days. Home is beautiful…pool/hot tub amazing. Enjoyed a movie night on the lanai. Thank you for the surprise meals. Definitely an added bonus that made a fun/relaxing dinner while enjoying the home. We plan to return next year…please don’t sell the property!

Had a great stay- the house was clean and easily accessible with high-end finishes, yet very comfortable for a relaxing, small family vacation. The pool area is beautiful and my three year-old absolutely loved the spa. Only downfall was a filter malfunction, which made the spa unusable for three days and there was a delay in the repair over the weekend. We did not rent a boat, but would be very interested in doing so in the future with the beautiful gulf access. Great home ! Would rent again!

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!

the house is top notch ! we are definitely returning with other friends in the future. the highlight for us was the tiki hut and we loved the view. The kids definitely enjoyed the pool. the house is spacious and as described. The owners were so responsive to any query. we also used the Kayaks and the neighbors were kind enough to lend us a life jacket. All in all we had a great stay and highly recommend this stay to anyone who is looing to relax and de stress .Thank you

Viktoria and Vadims place was amazing. We were able to rent 2 of there places next to each other and it accomodated our large Group. We had a Group of 14 Adults that were in Florida for work and a little fishing. We were able to fit everybody and cook and relax during our down time. When back in that area we will 100% be reaching out to Viktoria and Vadim to see if there place is available before we look anywhere else.

Cape Coral was a bit further from beaches than desirable, but the house more than made up for that to enjoy our warm/sunny stay in Florida. Pros: Outside area (pool/hot tub, large table, games for kids) with a huge sliding door to the living room/kitchen were perfect for 6 adults + 4 kids. Felt very comfortable with the cost. Andrew & Michelle were responsive with every question we had. Cons: lack/lower quantity of some common items: paper towels, toilet paperb, Kleenex, air hockey didn’t work (we replaced), pizza cutter, beach towels, etc. Would highly recommend for a large family focused on quality pool time, a very nice home and responsive hosts.

The villa is just as advertised very comfortable very close to anything you are planning to do in the area. I also was able to contact Robert a couple of times for a few things that I need to ask about and he was very quick in responding to me. I will definitely book with Robert again and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Robert we had a great time.

Beautiful, clean and perfect for families. The pictures don’t do it justice! Pool was lovely and well maintained. Lots of beach items for use in the garage. Neil and Keely were very kind and responsive. Tons of space for our large family. Would definitely go back!

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

Tolle und sehr saubere Unterkunft! Wir waren zu dritt als Familie da, und hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit. Wir sind sehr gut vom Alltag runtergekommen und waren die meiste Zeit am Pool, da es dort sehr entspannend ist und man seinen privaten abgeschirmten Bereich hat. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Gastgeber haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Kommunikation findet immer zeitnah, hilfreich und sehr freundlich statt. Toll fanden wir auch, da wir spät angereist sind, und keine Möglichkeit hatten in den Supermarkt zu gehen, dass schon Wasser und einige Snacks für uns bereit standen. Fernseher sind auch alle smart und bieten entweder direkt die Streaming Apps oder eben via AirPlay für eigene Inhalte jegliche Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Zusammenfassend, wir würden wieder hier buchen. Tolles Haus, tolle Gastgeber!

What a beautiful home and neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs. The pool was a huge plus and we swam every day.

Lisa and Robert not only are great host but very nice and communicative as well!. The place it’s very nice cozy and quiet for a good time to rest.

Thank you so much for providing a sparkling clean house for our stay. It was a lovely place and was fully equipped. We felt right at home. We especially enjoyed the screened lanai and pool. The water was just the right temperature. We give this Airbnb a five star rating and would rent it again if we were in the area. Sarasota is such a great place to visit.

We had a wonderful stay! Graham was an excellent host, and everything was perfect during our 5 night stay. The pool is gorgeous, warm, and has a beautiful backdrop of the golf course. We loved watching the sun rise there every morning. The home was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

Very beautiful, calm, and peaceful house the house was really clean and matched extaclty like the pictures and very clean aswell when we have arrived. An amazing clean pool, and is overall very good choice for when you are staying in the small town of North Port. I 100% recommend, especially the very easy way to get in and good communication from Yosdel 10/10!!!
