Beautiful home, perfect to host a small family reunion. House is well stocked with kitchen essentials, linens, towels, and room to accommodate multiple people. The pool was awesome and the perfect way to end each day.

A beautiful weekend on St. Simon. Went to celebrate our daughter and her fiancé. Great location, plenty of room for our family and friends. Beautiful screened in porch where we ate breakfast and were able to visit with everyone. Thank you for a great Easter weekend!

Our group had a fantastic experience staying at Derek‘s home. Highly recommend! It’s within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants, there is a golf cart on site that you can rent daily, fantastic pool, plenty of space for a large group of friends/family. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

This was our 2nd time starting at Terri's and I am sure far from the last. We love this house. Plenty of room, comfy beds, tvs in each room, and a pool we hope to use next time if it is warm enough. Thank you again for another great stay!

Leslie was so easy to work with and always responded quickly! She's a great host and touches base to make sure everything is going well. The condo is in a lovely complex with two swimming pools and paddleball courts. It was super busy the weekend we were there, but it was quiet and everyone was friendly. The condo was so comfortable that it felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking several meals there and then eating out on the patio. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated. The beach was lovely and you could walk to it, but we drove. All the beaches are public with public parking right by the beach. The downtown/pier was fun to explore, too. Lots of shops. Some good restaurants, too. Be sure to check out Fort Frederika and the lighthouse on the island. It was a great place to relax and enjoy Island Life. We definitely would stay here again when we're in the area.

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

I had a fantastic stay at David’s Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described actually, even better in person. David was a thoughtful and responsive host, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. I really appreciated the little touches like the stocked coffee station and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend David’s place to anyone visiting the area!

Kristi is a gem of a person and her place is so lovely! She has so many sweet little touches for you! That porch is heavenly and the location is primo with being able to walk a short distance to the beach on a hidden little trail. I love it all. I will be back I am sure.

Carols place was great. It was extremely clean. The bathrooms were a little older but the paint was fresh. The facility was great. A nice pool and multiple jacuzzis. Very easy drive to many resturants.

We had a great time at a beautiful place for our very first rental! Lots to do just within the little community for different age ranges. Short distance to multiple things to do. Great host and would stay again!

Really glad we stayed here on our trip to Amelia Island with our kids. Jeff’s place had everything we wanted and was an easy walk to the beach. Awesome location overall, with easy access to downtown and multiple playgrounds within a few minutes. Our kids had a ton of fun and we found shark teeth on the beach nearby. Would gladly stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed in this house! The house is great and we will likely rent again.
