This is our 4th stay on Tybee and 2nd year in a row at Coconut Cottage. It has everything we need inside and out. We use the bikes daily and the beach stuff, too - wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, huge fluffy beach towels… The backyard is huge and private, if we weren’t at the beach, we were out there. Coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails in the evening around the gas fire pit. Pat and Pam are so friendly and helpful, I highly recommend!!

Had a great stay at Andrea & Jack's condo! Perfect size for me, my wife, and our 4-month old baby. It was stocked with all the necessary essentials. Balcony has a fantastic ocean view and we could walk to the beach in seconds. Location is perfect and easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants in coligny. Was also very impressed with the beach cruisers that came with the condo. The bikes were very well taken care of and much better quality than the rental bike options. Will absolutely stay again!

It’s in a great location. The beauty of Sea Pines with the HHI feel and literally walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The bikes were a plus. The home has plenty of amenities. My wife loved the spacious kitchen and I loved the fire pit and swings in the back. Elizabeth was a great host and was always quick to respond. Will definitely come back again.

We stayed here for a little weekend getaway and it was the perfect spot! Close to the beach and walking distance to a bunch of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a place to stay.

This was an excellent location and just steps away from the beach. We also had access to beach chairs, towels, and bikes. In addition, Robert was very responsive to any requests or questions, and provided timely information about gaining access to the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to use the unit again on a return visit to Hilton Head.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from our balcony every morning. Pools were clean and never too busy. Nice little bar for drinks and food by the outdoor pool, open almost all day. Nice beach bar down by the beach. Walk to the beach was easy, they had a shuttle going but we never felt the need to use it. Nice beach chairs provided by the host. The main outdoor pool was described as heated, but did not seem to be while we were there in April. The onsite bike rental was nice and convenient. A lot of bike paths on Hilton Head and easy/fun to bike right on the beach. The host was great, communication was always quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great vacation! It was very peaceful back on the lagoon! A little walk to beach, but not far or bad at all! We love HHB&T and we will be back! The condo was beautiful!
